Blade
The knife's blade is made of high-quality AUS-8 cutlery steel and features a matte titanium gray finish. The PVD coating significantly enhances its resistance to wear and corrosion. The reliable liner lock mechanism can be easily unlocked with the thumb
There are 2 versions of the knife available:
- with a smooth blade .... EK-01 type
- with a combi blade .... EK-01-S type
The combination blade, featuring a partially serrated edge, allows for faster cutting of ropes by preventing the knife from getting stuck.
Handle and the metal clip
The knife's handle is ergonomically shaped to provide a comfortable and secure grip. It features an innovative metal clip, partially embedded in the handle, eliminating protrusions. This design ensures excellent usability for both right-handed and left-handed users. The knife's unique construction is protected by a Community Registered Design.
A fine surface texture prevents the knife from slipping from the user's hand. Made from durable PA66 polyamide, the handle is built to withstand tough conditions. It is also certified for prolonged skin contact without health risks. Additionally, a handy ring allows the knife to be easily attached to gear or a keychain.
